Kim's culinary journey began in Thailand, learning to cook with her grandmother. In 2006, she moved to the UK, earned a degree in Economics and Business Studies from Sussex University, and discovered her passion for cooking.
After graduating, Kim pursued a hospitality career, working with Michael Bremner at 64 Degrees. She then joined the prestigious Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, London. Over five years, she rose to Senior Sous Chef under chef patron Matt Abé.
Kim's cooking style blends her Thai heritage with classical French training. Her innovative menu honors scientific visionaries from London and the South East, offering a unique and exciting dining experience.
She is currently the head chef of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay (3 Michelin star) in London
