We need to break these thoughts.. we need to normalise that who you are is enough. Any improvement on your life, is a personal mission not an outcome of cultural pressure.. Fuck them, you are enough.. get strong, get healthy… skinny is some one’s else edict and nothing to do with you. Don’t be brought down by anti-social media.
