The 3rd generation 3 star Michelin holder.. her grandfather, her father and now Ann- Sophie pic takes the mantle on.
She rejected joining the family business until the sudden passing of her father and the subsequent loss of the 3rd star. She was 23 years old and without formal trading per se she steered / led the restaurant back to 3 stars in just 12 years.
